Andy brings over 35 years of combined military and policing experience, including 21 years with West Midlands Police and 14 years in the British Army.
His background includes:
- 18 years as a firearms tactical team leader
- operational leadership in high-risk and counter-terrorism environments
- delivery of specialist training as a Police Firearms Instructor
- advising commanders during complex operations
Andy now combines this operational experience with structured delivery, supporting scenario-based training and leadership development.
Jane Bailey
Leadership and organisational development expertise
Jane is a proficient and knowledgeable senior leader with over 30 years of policing experience. She brings extensive experience in leadership development, organisational learning and professional practice. Nigel Kefford

During his 36-year police career, Nigel spent over three decades in armed policing at local, national and international levels. Neil Hobson
Experienced practitioner in complex operational settings
Neil brings practical experience of working in high-pressure environments requiring calm, structured responses. Neil brings a wealth of experience from a full career within senior leadership level in UK policing. He has then worked at the heart of the UK government, strategically advising local and national decision makers during times of major incidents and national interest.
He supports:

Jason provides additional expertise in supporting delivery across complex and dynamic scenarios. With over 30 years’ senior experience in UK policing, Jason has led and advised on high‑risk operations across major public events, corporate environments, and international settings.
